To our valued Patients:
We have moved two of our offices to 4809 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Suite 200 which is located on the second floor of the Medical Office building on the new Our Lady of Lourdes Campus on Ambassador Caffery Parkway.
Please note that all of our phone and fax numbers remained the same.
We no longer have offices at 4212 W. Congress and 3414 Moss Street.
This move did not affect our Pediatrics (324 E. Farrel Road) and OB/GYN (4630 Ambassador Caffery Parkway Suite 208) offices, which remain open at their current locations.
We are very pleased to provide you, our patients, with state-of-the art medical offices. From the Lobby to the Check-In to the Exam Rooms, we’ve made every effort to make our offices warm, welcoming and comfortable for you, our patients.
Along with our new address we’ve redesigned the Hamilton Medical Group Logo – a fresh new look for fresh new surroundings. Simple and strong, this symbol represents our steadfast commitment to serve our patients with the respect, expertise and compassion you have come to expect from everyone at Hamilton Medical Group.
We are happy to welcome you to our new home. Sincerely,
